What to know more about our preferred providers?

You are eligible for the maximum rebate if you’re a member of one of the above funds with extra cover.

A provider is a dental service provider committed to reducing or removing the gap for selected preventative dental services that you would usually pay between the dentist’s charges and the health fund’s benefit.

If you’re a member of a fund not listed above and have extras covered, then you’ll still save on dental through our HICAPS facility. Call our friendly reception team for help with pricing.

Payments

When am I required to pay for my appointment?

Payment is required on the same day as your appointment. We accept EFTPOS, Credit cards, and all major health funds. Please check with your preferred location (Docklands, Melbourne Central, Glen Waverley or Doncaster) whether you can receive the maximum rebate with your health fund.
