We’ve upgraded our online booking system to make scheduling and managing your dental appointments easier and more convenient than ever before! With the new system, you’ll enjoy enhanced features designed to improve your experience with us. We have some important start-up tips for existing patients using the system for the first time:

A Quick First-Time Setup

When using the new system for the first time, please allow a little extra time to create your secure profile. Although it may take a bit longer the first time you log in, future bookings will be much quicker and hassle-free.

Finding Your Dentist

If your usual dentist isn’t available when booking a routine exam, don’t worry! Simply select “Book an appointment” from your portal home page, choose your location, select “Consultation,” and then choose “Exam & Clean” (or your required service). This will give you access to see all available dentists, including your regular one.

 

Better Visibility and Convenience
One of the most exciting changes is that you now have better visibility of your booked appointments. You can easily view and manage your appointments online—no more having to call to confirm or reschedule. Plus, if you need to cancel an appointment, it’s as simple as a few clicks. Just remember, a 24-hour notice is still required to cancel an appointment.

Save Time with Online Forms
To help streamline your visit, you can now complete necessary details and forms online before your appointment. This means less time spent filling out paperwork when you arrive and more time for your care.
